Emarat Qualifies 20 Multi-Skilled Operators to Handle Maintenance at Dealers' Filling stations
As part of Emaratís initiative, which aims at qualifying dealers' filling stations operators to handle routine maintenance works, the Engineering & Services Department has completed an extensive 45-day training program, which included the participation of 20 service staff operating in different service stations.

Mr. Nabeel B. Bin Butti, Maintenance Manager at Emarat, handed out certificates of appreciation to all employees who took part in the training program. In a speech, he wished them luck and success, while asserting the importance of utilizing the skills they acquired during the training sessions in raising their capabilities and enhancing their work performance.

He indicated that Emarat is keen on organizing specialized training sessions in various technical aspects of the corporationís operations. This is based on a program that has been initially designed to satisfy work demand, especially in maintenance works at various stations. These training sessions will be complemented by continuous evaluation and appraisal procedures on a regular basis.

He added that The main objective of the training is to equip our retail service station staff with the necessary tools and experience to attend minor maintenance issues related to equipment breakdown/defects at the service stations in a timely manner, hence reducing maintenance cost by handling maintenance work through the trained retail dealers' filling stations staff, enhance Emarat image and customer satisfaction by having availability of facilities and improve response time and reduce down time at the site level.
