Emarat Dealers' Filling Stations Staff Attend 55 Training Sessions during the year 2011
Emarat retailís management has always been giving priority to training programs for its front-line staff, believing that the nature of their work requires direct and constant contact with customers.

The Retail Training team has organized some 55 training sessions during the year 2011 attended by hundreds of Emarat dealers' filling stations staff, including new recruits.

Mr. Abdulraoof Abdulaziz, Manager, Dealer Sales Operations stressed the importance of training and the employees' need to improve their skills and abilities continually in order to face the challenges of the circumstances of competition and the sequential changes in the markets. Mr. Abdulraoof explained that such programs help the employees who work in the dealers' filling stations to understand the changing requirements of the customers and to deal with such requirements with high competences.

Mr. Abdulraoof expressed his thanks and appreciation to all employees who are working in the Dealers' filling stations, especially the supervisors for their cooperation in preparing the courses' program by suggesting its titles and contents, as they are aware of the nature of the training programs that are required for work.

The programs covered various subjects such as improving the personal initiatives of the employees to be more developed, understanding the nature of the tasks assigned to each of them, working as one team, acquiring various skills, taking care of the general appearance, the manner of welcoming the costumers, safety, keeping and storing the food in a healthy and secured manner, providing high quality products, extinguishing fires and dealing with emergency cases.
