Delegation from Emirates Post Explores Emarat's Pioneering Experience in Retail Management and Operations
A delegation from Emirates Post Holding Group visited the headquarters of Emirates General Petroleum Corporation "Emarat" in Dubai, to examine the best practices, systems and procedures carried out by the Corporation in the management of its retail locations and operations, and to discuss the potential of benefiting from Emarat's diverse experience in this field.

The delegation was welcomed by Dr. Rahma bin Mohamed Al Shamsi, Retail Sales Manager at Emarat, who affirmed the Corporation's commitment to continuously cooperate and collaborate with the different governmental authorities and establishments, and to transfer its pioneering and unique experience in retail operations, control and auditing, in addition to the latest technologies and systems being applied.

Dr. Rahma said that the Corporation's accumulated experience in the retail industry enabled it to manage this sector following a scientific method that applies precise criteria in accordance with the best standards of quality and pricing. He further clarified that Emarat operates a number of convenience stores located at its service stations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. These stores provide a wide range of consumables and products, in addition to its unique concept “Bakeria” which offers a wide variety of baked goods, light meals, sandwiches and desserts, and "Café Arabicca" with its selection of delicious coffee.

The delegation listened to a detailed presentation by Mr. Saeed Al Marri, Retail Marketing Executive, regarding all the systems, processes and practices being applied by Emarat in the management and operation of its retail sales points at the service station, and the monitoring, auditing and continuous updating of information and data related to such issues.

The delegation expressed their gratitude and admiration of the professional methods carried out at Emarat's retail sales department, which demonstrates Emarat's commitment to the application of the latest management and technology solutions, in addition to employing the best human resources available in this field.
