Emarat Honors Employees for Creating Applications to Develop Performance and Enhance Speed of Delivery at Shamil Centers
Dr. Rahma bin Mohammed Al Shamsi, Retail Sales Director at Emirates General Petroleum Corporation “Emarat”, honored two employees at Shamil Vehicles Testing and Registration Services, for their efforts and hard endeavors to create unique applications that had contributed to the development of performance and the enhancement of delivery at the centers.

Dr. Al Shamsi praised Mr. Mohammed Hasan Ali, Shamil Customer Service Supervisor, and Mr. Granel Misador, the Administrator Testing & Registration Center, and honored them both in the attendance of Mr. Mr. Abdulraoof Abdul Aziz, Senior Manager – Shamil. Dr. Al Shamsi pointed out that Shamil’s administration is always keen to develop its performance levels and to encourage its employees to provide the best services that satisfy the customers, which is in line with the Corporation’s goals and objectives.

Mr. Abdulraoof said that the competition is becoming stronger, especially that the service providers are increasing. He added that it is important to be innovative and come up with applications, solutions and ideas that help in the continuous development of services, in order to attract customers. This can be accomplished under the support of the administration and the ongoing team work and collaboration.

Mr. Mohammed Hassan had submitted a number of innovative ideas to develop operations at Shamil Centers. These ideas were implemented at one center, and its results were appreciated by the clients, as they saved time and efforts, and decreased the margin of errors, in addition to elevating the number of vehicles and increasing revenues at the center. Mr. Granel Misador was in charge of training the technicians to use the new application.
