What happens next?

After you have submitted your application, along with the requisite documents and fee, your request for registration will be processed by our registration team, in the strictest confidence. This process may require an inspection of your facilities, projects, products, and services. Once a decision has been made you will be notified. Registration does not necessarily guarantee any Enquiry or Tender invitation at any point in time.


Please note that Emarat reserves the right to reject requests for the registration of companies without assigning any reason and is not bound to provide any justification or explanation.

Vendor Registration

Supplier Registration

Emarat encourages entities who wish to supply goods and materials, to register with Emarat. You are required to complete the Supplier Registration Form and submit it along with the required documents and fees to the Purchasing Controller of Procurement Department at 1st Floor - Emarat Head Office; contact No. 04-4061301.

Documents to be submitted along with the Vendor Registration Form are as follows:

  • Download Vendor Registration Form
  • Copy of Trade License issued by the authorities of the concerned Emirate, along with details of Municipality categorization, if any
  • Copy of Registration with Chamber of Commerce
  • Bank Details, written on a company letterhead, and duly signed by an authorised signatory
  • Brochures and other collateral depicting the company’s relevant activities
  • Detail evidence, if any, of various projects and services completed or undertaken in the UAE along with the respective contract values
  • Particulars and specifications of plant machinery and other assets
  • Information regarding manpower, showing professionally-qualified staff, skilled and unskilled categories, etc.
  • Financial statements and other relevant particulars
  • A one time registration fee of AED 100. The payment should be made to the Cash office at Emarat Head Office and a copy of the receipt should be submitted along with the completed registration documents. Forms submitted without attaching the receipt will not be entertained

  • Information submitted for the purpose of registration is subject to verification by Emarat. Such verification may include inspection of your facilities, projects, products and services
  • All information submitted to Emarat will be treated as strictly confidential
  • Emarat reserves the right to reject any request for registration of any company without assigning any reason, and is not bound to provide any justification or explanation
  • Emarat will notify the company applicant once the request for registration is approved
  • Details of the type of work and the value group in which the company has been registered will be advised after creating the vendor portfolio
  • Registration does not necessarily guarantee any Enquiry or Tender invitation at any point in time
  • The approved vendor shall agree to abide by all supplier or service provider rules and regulations as well as other Terms and Conditions stipulated by Emarat

Supplier Registration

Emarat encourages entities who wish to supply services, to register with Emarat. You are required to complete the Vendor Registration form and submit it along with the required documents and fees to the Tender Administration desk at Emarat Head Office.

Documents to be submitted along with Vendor Registration Form:

  • Download Additional Vendor Registration Form for supply of services 
  • Copy of Trade License issued by the authorities of the concerned Emirate, along with details of Municipality categorization, if any
  • Copy of Registration with Chamber of Commerce
  • Bank Details, written on a company letterhead, and duly signed by an authorised signatory
  • Brochures and other collateral depicting the company’s relevant activities
  • Detail evidence, if any, of various projects and services completed or undertaken in the UAE along with the respective contract values
  • Particulars and specifications of plant machinery and other assets
